Hiring Referral and Sign-On Bonus

Starting March 13th, Security America is adding to our Hiring Incentive. A Sign-On Bonus will know be offered for any new security officer hired with us over the next 90 days. A $150 bonus will be paid to new hires after employed 60 days in good standing who are full time employees. Part time employees will receive a $100 bonus after 90 days employment in good standing.

Don't forget that we offer a Referral Bonus for anyone as well with the same criteria.
